oil leak 5718

I have a 5718 with an oil leak coming out of the bell housing, I think this is hydraulic fluid because my 3 point linkage has stopped working, could anybody point me in the right direction and any ideas what has gone wrong, before i split the tractor,

Shaft seal most probably. Could also be a gasket of the 8 shaped front plate. You need to split anyways.
