open out fuel pump on 3545?

hi guys

i used my 3545 on our jones baler the other day for stationary baling. when we were giving a nice ammount the ols zetor was barking! looked quite good to be honest puff of smoke everytime the hammer on the baler came down!!! and she was diying on the power. question is how do i open her hp out a little?

i have removed the small oval plate on the side of the pump and cant see how to do it ther?

also if i open her out with this reduce her life time??

if your tractor has this cold start button its only to screw this longer out, if you understand? Longer out from front of the pump If i dont remember wrong.. Its no problem to take ten hp more out of the engine.
