Hi there again.

I have a new problem I would appreciate A bit of help on,i recently had problem with lack of diesel coming through, the glass bowl was only half full and lot of bubbles, I drained the tank and found that there were a few sticks lying on bottom of tank, I took the tank off and had to take the pipe unit of too as i could not get the sticks out any other way, I have tank nice and clean now, put everything back , i put a small fuel filter on the main pipe plus a non return valve, i also changed the main diesel filters, but now she still needs to be primed, how would diesel be getting back to tank now,

Hi,

There's probably a perished pipe on the leak off/return pipework. Clamp the return pipe and presurise the system with the hand primer, it should show up any leaks.

thanks mike, sorry but i am not sure what pipe you mean, is that the return pipe that is connected to the back of the injector pump

Hi,

It comes from the rear of the injection pump and goes under the cab back to the tank.
