question Proxima 120 wont go into gear without high rmp

Zetor proxima 120 won't go into gear unless in high rpm. Ive put new alternator in and only reads 12.5 volts unless high idle and I can get it into gear. New alt, and batteries same issue

The alternater should have 13,8 up to 14 V output - 12,5 sounds much to less.

But 12,5 V system voltage should be more than enough for bord electric to switch the gears (I think you mean the powershift?).
