My PTO clutch would not engage. Crawled under and tightened the bolts on the adjuster by 1/2 of an inch or so. Clutch then engaged so I backed it off 1/8 inch to see if there was any difference. None detected... how does one ensure the adjustment is correct and the clutch isnt partially engaged?
