question PTO pin runs unevenly - Zetor 5911

Zetor 5747, 1976 mod
The PTO pin on my 5745 was broken so I bought a new one. When I start it up I notice that the pin does not run smoothly, but that it is slightly bent. Is it common that it runs unevenly?

No, definitly no.

I think the new one was not realy new or have a real bad quality.
