Greetings, Has anyone experienced the "popping out" of the PTO selector lever to neutral? In a 4340? The manual suggests replacement of the detent spring with one of more tension, but concludes this may not work. The second "fix" is to reset or replace the snap ring on the PTO output shaft. Finally, the permanent "fix" would be to replace some PTO components to newer versions. Has anyone done this and what is the degree of difficulty? Thanks, Nick

I think you can grab out the PTO shaft from the rear. To change the 40 cm long pipe shaft/collar, you need to take off the 3ph lift cover.

...and dont forget to drain the oil first or you'll get oil all over you... ;)
