I'm trying to understand the fuel system on my 7245.
I have a line that goes from the tank to the manual priming pump, and from there to the filter and finally to the mechanical fuel pump.
So far so good. But I have a second line that goes from the tank to a metal box (see photo) and then to the mechanical fuel pump. I do not understand the purpose of this line and what the box is. Hope someone can explain.
