question registering the tractor HELP

hello all! pritty new to the fourm , have a slight problem was wondering if anyone would be abel to point me in the right direction ,
tractor has no numberplate but i want to redgster it for the road , i have chassis numbers ect but no numberplate anyone help ?

in uk you could try dvla or vosa websites?

im in the uk wel scotland , and the dvla are more than ussles

My Zetor 7745 has a Registration Number, I applied for a Registration Document 5 weeks ago. I also sent a covering letter with more information, i.e The name of the dealer I bought it off. a photo of the Tractor showing the number plate. Plus a cheque for the 25,00.
I checked with my bank, they processed my cheque two weeks ago, presumably the delay is they wait two weeks to make sure the cheque has not "bounced"
I am getting a Reg Doc in order to sell the Tractor,
Zetor 7745. 1993. Low hours.
