Right rear wheel locked up

My right rear wheel is locked up. I have a 3340 1998 4wd anything I can check before I have to tear it apart? Any easy fix would be great. By the way the ebreak seems to be disengaging ok. Thanks Chris

Check the mechanical linking mechanism in the back of the tractor under the black plastic box. This is where the hydraulic line ends and the piston engages the brake mechanism.

I have found the same problem as the pivot points in the mechanical linkage to the actual brake require lubrication.
