Did they use Super series parts for this conversion, or did they take the shifting from the lever under the dashboard, towards the side ?
If you look at page 2:

You can see that the parts are self-made. The original shifter has been removed from top of the gearbox and installed to right side of cabin.
This is made by some finnish Zetor -enthusiastic, very fine work.
