Hello Naudia,
Based on your description, possible causes:
- a) Rust on the wheel brake cylinder, which is causing it to get stuck. Remedy: Remove the axle portal, install a new wheel brake cylinder, bleed it again and adjust the brake pedal play.
- b) Pedal play too small. Check the brake pedal play and adjust it again if necessary.
- c) Incorrect brake fluid used, which can cause NBR rubber parts to swell, so that, for example, rubber hoses close up inside and no longer allow brake fluid to flow back to the expansion tank. Replace all components with rubber parts (master brake cylinder, wheel brake cylinder, brake hoses, brake force distributor,...) and then fill with new DOT 3 brake fluid or switch to silicone brake fluid (system must be new or flushed!!)
The wheel is blocked, OK.
Have you opened the bleed screw on the affected wheel brake cylinder and did brake fluid spray out?
If yes, then see a, b and/or c.
If no, then a.
