Steering problem 8011(Please help)

Hi all,i have just fitted a new steering pump to my 2wd zetor 8011,but the new steering pump has made no difference to the lightness of the steering,what could be wrong,could some thing be damaged in the steering assist assembly,Any info would be great.Thanks

hi shea . AFTER the pump theres a relief valve . it dumps into the power steering tank . you need to pressure test this , the relief valve can be adjusted from the bottom . . did you check filter. also the front unit under the rad could be bad . never had one open but am told its a nightmare, you should be able to buy a recon front unit out of poland , not cheap.

Thanks mate,no didnt check the filter just join to check it today.I have the repair kit but i will check the pressure relief valve.Thanks for the help i will let you know what happens
