Hi Folks!

I've noticed that the lever that controls the lift on my 6945 has got very, very stiff. I've backed off the friction nut and that hasn't helped.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a grease point on this assembly that I've missed?

Thanks!

Hi Again! Now the shaft that the lever pivots on seems to have broken its weld at the base

At least I now know that the problem was on the lever pivot shaft not the actuator shaft that works the hydraulics.

It would be an easy fix, apart from how hard it is to get in there to drill out the old weld and re-weld it :(

That's life, I suppose. At least it's easier to move the lever now - maybe this is a fix I can leave until next spring!
