This 3320 is my first diesel. When I remove the ignition key, the motor keeps running. To stop the motor I have been putting trans into high gear, holding the brake and letting out the clutch. Is there a better way to kill the motor?

Hi

The throttle lever is also the stop control. Pulling it right back should stop the engine. It's quite common for you to have to lift the foot throttle with your toe to get it to stop. This may be because the return spring on the fuel pump has broken.

Sound advice Mike; could also be adjustment on linkage rod (usually threaded adjuster) needs shortening to fully shut off fuel supply.
