Anyone knows what torque that is used on the nuts for the bracket that holds the injector to the cylinder head? The tractor is 6245 and 4340 but the same design is used for many models. The exhaus gas seems to leake (blow) a bit between one of the sleeve and the injector body. Any tricks to get it right?
Overall anybody knows where to find a torque list for Zetor.

Just to standard M8 torque (appr 28 ftlb). If you are having this issue, I'd say your injector sleeve needs replacing. The sleeves are a shrink fit, to remove, tap the sleeve out with a large dia tap, and adapt a suitable bolt to a slide hammer. To install, heat the head up a little, and freeze the sleeve with liquid nitrogen. Apply some loctite retaining compound to the outer sealing sufaces. Oh, make sure you drain the coolant before removing the sleeve too!
