two furrow riversable plough for zetor 3511

it should pull it ok.....
the only possible issue is the weight when its lifted out the ground.... you may need some front weights to put the front wheels on the ground.

thanks,i am just trying MF 46 2 FURROW ON MY HMT 3511.In India hmt 3511 has the steering with only one rod instead of two rods at the end,i guess that's why steering is too hard to steer. Can i fix two arms rod to my single arm assembly?
Thanks for the reply.

I dont know if HMT changed the casting or just blind covered one hole. I dont think the one or two steering arm would make the difference, but putting in a new steering gear (any type) should make a difference, often these old worm gears wore rough.

presume youve greased the king pins and joints and the front tyres are inflated properly

can you suggest the weights for front wheels weight other than normal weights?

normal practise is to fit lumps of cast iron to the front of the chassis as far forward as possible. fitting a loader is an alternative... its weight does the same job and its more use than carrying dead weight about .

have you tried the plough? i used to have a very heavy massey 265 3 furrow reversible, on a 55hp bavid brown 990 it was perfectly ballenced, the front wheels and the plough raised in the air at the same time:) . same tractor was fine with a lot lighter 4 furrow one way ransomes plough

even with a 8011 crystal i used a set of weights, maybe a hundred kilo hung off the front of the chassis to keep the front end down... if there isnt enough weight on the front the hydrulic depth control will tend to lift the front of the tractor rather than the plough... which will make maintaining constant depth whilst ploughing difficult
