Hi all HOPE YOU ALL HAD A GREAT CHRISTMAS:)
Does anyone know if you can fit 12.4 / 24 stomold tyres on to a 7245 , as a replacement to the 11.2 / 24 that are on there now .
it does have a loader on if that makes any difference, any help would be great .
thanks martin

If the circumference is the same, it wont be a problem. If not, you will loose rubber when its used on hard surfaces due to the 4wd interaxle ratio.

12.4 radials could very well have the same rolling circumference as 11.2 diagonals....

Thanks for that renze .
Has anyone ever tryed putting 12.4 /24 stomil tyres or anyother 12.4 `s on their 7245 ?
thanks martin

Whats your rear tire size ?
Over here they standard came on 12.4-24 front and 16.9-34 rear

Hi renze
I have 16.9 r 30 on the rear do you think they will match with the 12.4 / 24 `s ? , just needed to check that they didn`t get too close to the assister ram either but if you have them as standard they must be ok .

Thanks for the help Martin

rolling circumference must match, or the tractor will eat rubber when in 4wd on pavement... As said, diagonals often are higher than radials because the carcass is stiff.
