In a recent interview, the Ukrainian new owner of Ursus declares that they ARE intending to build tractors again: For developing countries like Ursus already did, but also for the Polish market.

The new owner has no background in industry or agriculture, he has his roots in IT... Just like HTC (which stands for HT Computers, they became IBM importer after 1989) so that doesnt sound promising...
