Hello again:) i have a lots of questions about ursus/zetor crystal.
Where is the engines produced? ck republik or slovakia? The cabns on old crystals and new Ursus seems to be the same product? some differenses of course.

It would be nice if all who knows something about the conect betveen zetor/zts and ursus can tell me all you know about it.

i am a big zetor fan, I dive 5748,6745,4911,5245,7340,and new proxima 7441. Tomorrow i think i go and buy 94 model ursus 1014

I would not buy a URSUS.
I'm also looking for a tractor.
About ursus I only heard bad things.

It seems, that every bad parts from the old Zetors are made by ursus.???
Buy a Proxima or Forterra. I heard good things about them.

Only the 11741 with the Deutz-Same engine is not so good.
Thats what I heard.

ZTS is still producing, but they are not so popular as Zetor .
They produce the 12245 M98 and 16245 M98. I heard they are nearly the same like the old Zetor/ZTS 12245, 16245 Crystal series. (With the good engines)
Here the link:

The 9540 is much more reliable and features a higher torque backup (30% for 9540 vs. 9% for 1134) than the 6 cyl 1134, so in practice there is little difference in field performance.

i have read the most of what you have written about zetor crystal and ursus now Renze, and i think i begin too understand. But what about the cabins? who welded they together? And the front axle? Is it two different axles?

The difference between Zetor and Ursus cabs is that Ursus had the doorhandle on the front part of the door and the hinges at the rear, Zetor had the hinges at the front and doorhandle at the rear.

THE FRONT AXLE ON MY ZETOR 9540 IS PRODUCED IN SLOVAKIA BY ZTS, WHO MAKE SPARE PARTS FOR THEM NOW?
WHAT ABOUT USRUS? ARE THEY PRODUCING BIG TRACTORS??

Are you sure, Per Olav ?? i think the 9540 shared its front axle with the UR1 series, the same front axle that was introduced on the 6745.
It has smaller reduction hubs at the wheels, than the Rumanian/Slovakian axle.
Later 9540's used Carraro axles.

YES I AM SURE. IT STAND ZTS ON THE METAL PLATE ON THE AXLE
SERIAL NUMBER ON THE TRACTOR IS 003291

ON MY 7340 95 MOD. I SOLD LAST WINTER ITS ALSO STOOD ZTS ON THE METAL PLATE ON THE FRONT AXLE. ARE YOU SURE RENZE THAT ZTS NOT PRODUCED FRONT AXLES FOR ZETOR BEFORE THEY START TO USE CARRARO?

AND WHAT ABOUT THE RUMERIAN AXLES? WHERE WILL SPARE PARTS FOR THEM BE BRODUCED NOW WHEN UNIVERSAL IS DOWN??
