Valve clearances and head torque for a 3045

Anyone got these to hand?

Fitting some new heads tomorrow to replace the cracked ones and want to do the clearances. when i looked today, some were about 3-4mm!!!

hopefully after this bit of TLC it should run much better.

Brakes after that!
 
its ok, found after a good search for similar models.

for reference 0.2mm inlet 0.3mm exhaust

studs - 142-155Nm
