Hello,
I noticed today when I was working on my Zettor.
I had water and oil on my dipstick.

Would anybody have any idea what would cause this?

Thats not good, stop working with and try to clear the lekage...

Often its a broken cylinder head gasket, but it can also be a cracked cylinder liner or a cracked cylinder head or even a crack in the engine block.

You will have to open the engine, I would first remove the oil pan and see if you can see where the coolant is leaking. To do this, refill the coolant and apply some pressure (0.5 bar eg) to the cooling system...

If that doesn't work, then you will have to remove the 4 cylinder heads and take a closer look at all the seals and the heads... make lots of good photos, then we can help you if necessary.

Ty i’m working on it right now. I’m gonna go ahead and give that a try. I will drop the oil pan and take a look and go from there and I’ll take lots of pictures.
