Zator 4511 front wheels

Does anyone know what size the front wheels should be. Alocal zetor dealer thiinks they should be 6.00 - 18, and i got rubers which were 6.00 -18 but tractor data site says that they are 6.00-16 can anyone elp. and does anyon no where i can et front wheels
 
Both wheel sizes were used depending on rear wheel size
 
my rear wheels were 14.9-28 so what does that mean and do you know of any parts as your website dident help
