take off the lever assembly, put the yoke back in neutral and put the lever end back into the slot, in neutral.
BTW, how did you manage that ? i never heard of this problem on a UR2 before ?

Markku, it depends on what transmission is used, the 30 km/h or 40 km/h with overdrive on the 4th gear. 
The 142 and 16245 were only sold with the overdrive transmission because the 1st gear (high reduction) would generate too much torque on the main shaft.
