Zetor 2011 Clutch problem

I have a Zetor 2011 With clutch problem, it will only almost go forward. Engine works fine. I probably need a new clutch or can i adjust it somehow?
Where can i get spareparts? and does anyone know if there is a place i can download the repair manual ?
