Hi,
i am searching a low priced crankshaft, a used one would be ok too. Or does somebody know where i can get one?
I also looking for a repair manual .

contact Lukas, at www.ibeno.cz

They are a good adress to buy parts. Good prices, reliable and correct. When the mail service lost a box of parts, they replaced it at no cost, even though the package wasnt returned to sender yet.

When you first buy a parts manual , you can request quotation for the numbers you list.

I rebuilt the transmission of my 3011 two years ago. This winter i am going to do the engine. I bought new piston and liner kits from them, at very good prices: the only difference is that it says AGS on the box, instead of Zetor PDC: When you buy it from Zetor, you get the same parts, in a Zetor box, as AGM is Zetors OEM supplier for these parts.

Hello Renze,
thank you i am happy for your response.

I have called for help on TBN Forum and someone recommend the Zetor forum.
I was told you may response on my prob.
So i will try the vendor you named.
Do you have an idea where i can get a part list from.

Lukas also has them.

Renze,

i wish you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year :)

Ps: Beno run out of parts list, they will have new ones middle of January.

i may have a second hand crankshaft and most other engine bits if your interested?

Hi Chrus,

What else on Parts do you have? What condition are they in?
Have you already an idea what you asking for.
Oh, yea where are you located.

Tony

Hello Renze,

you already had your 3011 a part as you fixed a gear problem on it.
On my 3011 i have lots of baked dirt/oil in the clutch housing. But there is no sign of fresh oil coming out of the gear box at all.
I am thinking to exchange the gasket of the front cover. Just in case.
What is your experience?
Can i take off only the front cover by it self? So far i have no repairbook and i am not shure about it.

Btw. meanwhile i received the parts book from Lukas.

Regards
Tony

Whats in your clutch bellhousing, most likely is oil with which the clutch release bearing was lubricated (it has a small pipe that leads directly above it) contaminated with friction dust that has worn off your clutch plates over the years. You see the same stuff on aluminium car rims, dust coming off the brake pads. But there is allways a little oil slung out of the clutch throwout bearing in those 40 years.

Replacing the gufero seals on the PTO and main shaft wouldnt be a bad idea, as these old gaskets get stiffened in all those years, and when you bend them a bit too far when trying to fiddle the engine and clutch back over the transmission and input shafts, they might deform and leak.

You can take off the figure 8 shaped cover on its own. release the bolts and tap slightly with a hammer to release it from its paper gasket. Then you will hold the 8 shaped thing, with the main input shaft, a bearing and one gearwheel. All plain and simple to take off.

Dont bend that shaft too much when the inner shaft is still inside.
