It's been awhile from what Im told. It's a little slow to start but it runs

The oil looks very bad... time for new oil after repairing.

Is that what's in the tub? I thought that was something else. Yes if that came out of the backend, it's time for new stuff.

Well We pulled a a lot more shop rag fluff out of the hydraulic distributor, pump, etc resealed everything fresh oil. No luck for hydraulics. 
Pretty sure it set for some time like that
