The oil looks very bad... time for new oil after repairing.

Is that what's in the tub? I thought that was something else. Yes if that came out of the backend, it's time for new stuff.
 
I had a similar oil color back when I bought my Zetor in 2011. While draining it, some of it ran down my sleeve and stank. I almost puked, it smelled so bad. There was water in it, and it hadn't just been there for a few days. Then the oil turns cloudy and eventually starts to stink...
 
Well We pulled a a lot more shop rag fluff out of the hydraulic distributor, pump, etc resealed everything fresh oil. No luck for hydraulics.
