Hi
I have got a hydraulic problem on my good old Zetor 3511. It seems to be a drop i the hydraulic pressure so it is only able to lift empty equipment, both on the rear lifting arms and the rear hydraulic outlet.

I changed hydraulic oil some weeks ago to combi oil. When the problem started I changed back to hydraulic oil without results.. I have cleaned the magnetic filter and there were no big parts.

The only reason I can think of is that there may be some particles stuck in the pressure safety valve, but I can't find the valve...

Can someone please help me? Any ideas? I still want this great machine working in my garden!

Thanks
Svein

Hi Fordson
Yes, about one week ago.

Thanks
Svein

The valve is placed on the pump so you must take the pump down.

Also the o ring between pump plate at the bottom, and 3pt lift cover at the top, can fail.

Thanks for answers. I have to open it then... Have to wait, I am using it for pulling these days.

hi,in india if this happens then generally mechanics says that you have to change the hydraulic pumpwe get different types of pumps costing very cheap at indian rupees 1500 to a good quality pump at Rs5500.Here in india no good instrument available for replacing rubber kit inside the pump.Generally this replaced rubber kit does not work.
