Hi all. Great to see so many others out there interested in Zetors!
Also a quick word of thanks to Tom & Renze for giving us a site with so much useful info on it. I've just aquired a 3545 which I hope to return to its former glory this winter. It needs mudguards and tailights - Any source ? Also there is play in a vertical plane in one of the front kingpins. Has anyone stripped one of these down ? It seems like it might be swivel bearings but I'm not sure. Anyone able to supply a parts diagram of a 3545 front axle ? Best regards from Ireland.:D

Hello,
We can supply a diagram of the front axle on your 3545, and we
can also supply the swivel bearings which is more than likely the problem with your front axle.
The mudguards and tail lights are a different problem they have been absolete for over twenty years now!We have been trying to get the mudguards for few years now from different companies from abroad but to no avail!
We are having a batch made in England to orginal spec but due to there comlicated design and the amount of steel in them they
are going to be 250 each +vat.
The tail lights we are hoping to have got sorted by early next
year, these will be reproduced in plastic.
If you have any more questions please ask.
