Zetor 3545 hydraulic lever / quadrant setting hand wheels and fibre washers.

Can anyone confirm that the threads in the round alluminium hydraulic lever "setting wheels" / knobs are M10 X 1mm.When i eventually unscrewed them it pulled the threads out of them .I dont think they had been moved for many years and i had to heat them up and use plenty of WD40 before they would unscrew.
Also i need to replace the fibre friction washers and the steel washers located in the hydraulic lever / quadrant.Are these available to buy ?.Thankyou.
