zetor 3545 not happy!!! :(

hi gang
wel my zetor 3545 has been up and running. sweet too!! just now a slight hick up!

well we had her running and driving around the field and went fine no problems. drove her back to the shed and she decided to blow a core plug between the heads! (ok fair enough) we removed the head and found the culprate. i orderd some core plug( 6 minimum order) and a new head gasket. we fitted the plug with sealer and re fitted the head. and rockers etc.

we had been running it with no air breather for a while because i did not have the rubber hoses to go between the steel pipes.

i managed to get sme rubber hoses and fitted them to the air pipe! it did not like it! winds and winds to start even with excess fuel ! (ok so remove the hoses). removed the hoses starts first time????

i have taken the air breather apart and ther is no dirt or anything??

any ideas????

sorted the problem out! my mate put the oil in the breather but put like 2 inches deep of it!!! so it could not pull air! i have emptied a lot out and it nos had around 1/4" deep and starts perfectly

You can get into trouble like that if friends help

If you overfilled the air cleaner by yourself, you would have looked there first before wondering what on earth could cause this problem
