i would like to give my 5245 a little more fuel .do you know how to do it? i have taken off the plate in back on the pump(regulator)
i can see tree screws for flat screwdriver(with nut)
witch of them shall i turn, and how mutch?

what will happend if i put turbo blower on this engine? Must i change the pistons?

For 15 yers ago it was sold some of this tractors whit turbo, named zetor 6545.

Hi, the screw you need to turn is the top one. Screw it clockwise (inwards) a maximum of one third of a turn. Any more and you will get smoke but no more power. Regards Mike

Do you think the same would apply for my 5711? -Mines smoking masses of black smoke, and the guy that had it before me fiddled with everything to get it going?

most probobaly just screw it down till the smoke stops. but also make sure you feel as if you have enough power. you want a little smoke:p

Masses of black smoke is usually a bad timing, or worn out fuel nozzles. Applying too much starting ether usually results in molten off injector needles.
