Zetor 5945 Locked Wheel

Hi, I've been offered a Zetor 5945 that's been stuck in a paddock for a year; the farmer said the front right wheel locked on him, so he walked away from it.

Can anyone tell me how hard it is to pull the front wheel assembly apart and check bearings, Im assuming it would be bearings or do you have any other suggestions as to why a single wheel would lock up.

First Thing : Open the Planetary gear cover . May be the seal broken , oil lack and planetary Has damaged.
Also check the Ujoint On mine a piece of rock has blocked ,last year and i had removed the rock with a hammer .
