Does yours have a twist lever centered right in front of the seat ? you should be able to rotate it 180 degrees from left to right. If its stuck from not being used, tap it free while spraying WD40 or MoS2
If your tractor has shuttle reverse: then it doesnt have 1000rpm PTO.
