Zetor 6441 noise

hi, my 6441 which i bought new, has 1600 hours on the clock. It has developed a squeeky noise which appears to be getting worse. It appears to be coming from front axle area and can be heard with loader on as well as loader off. All grease points has been regulary greased.

Hi,

It is probably the centre pivot for the front axle. They get dry and the extra weight of the loader doesn't allow the grease to get right round the bushes. Lift the axle off the ground with the loader, then grease it.

Thanks for you're quick reply. We did as you suggested, and you were spot on. The noise is gone, and this is obviously the correct way to grease the front axle.
