I would check the clutch first and then the power shift. It is possible that the load clutch is leaking and cannot build up enough pressure or that the plates are worn.
But I would need more details about your machine (year and month, model name, features).

I looked at the ID plate inside the cab all it says is 6441 and serial number not sure if the year. I know the shroud says Proxima

Talked to the guy I bought it from like me he thought it was a 6441 but he did say it was a 2007
