question Zetor 6441 (Proxima) losing coolant

I've had to constantly top up coolant with no obvious leak. Engine oil appears ok. I've been told the intercooler inside air manifold can leak but this model doesn't have intercooler.
At times the weep hole on water pump is wet but this is very little.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Leak at waterpump and/or leak at cylinder head gasket and/or leak at the cylinder head.

Do you do a CO-test?
Do you have pressure at coolant?
