question Zetor 7211 install dual hydraulics valve

Hey guys new to the forum. I have a question I'm trying to install a dual spool valve to run the chute on my snowblower and I was wondering in what position my inner lever needs to be in for me to have a normal pressure/return hydraulic system. My problem is, whatever position I have the leaver in, I have pressure build up and no return. Any help would be appreciated.
