Zetor 7745 Fuel Filter Replacement Help

I need help . I have a Zetor 7745. How do you get the casing/housing off the fuel filter so I can change the filter inside. Any help would be appreciated
 
put a wrench on the bolt head in the middle of the cannister and open it. you may have to hold it With a wrench on the bottom of canister too.
