question Zetor 8011 gear selector fork - how to repair?

The thread in 1st and 2nd gear selector fork is stripped. Can the bolt be welded to the fork ? Or what is best repair.

I think welding is a bad idea if you later have to remont the selector fork.
Its best to make it new - new one costs around only 25 to 35 Euro in Europe.
Or remove it and try cutting a larger thread.

Can it be removed without splitting the the tractor?
 
good question, I think so yes. Zetor 9540 works pretty much the same and there I can do it.
 
Hely Coil or Bear Coil...
If it works, why not. :)
 
So the fork cannot be removed without splitting the gearbox. As i don't have time to split the tractor I spot welded the bolt and reassembled, working perfect so far.
