I'm the happy new owner of a 1979 Zetor 6945

I'd be very interested to know if there's a way to decode the Zetor model numbers. Does the number reveal the size, engine, transmission details of the tractor?

6 means 65-70 hp
9 means version number (like Windows, but then better)
45 used to mean 4wd no cab, there was a 6748 cab and 6745 cabless. On the 9 series all 4wds were called 45.
