Zetor sticking brake

Hi all just wondering how would i release a stuck right rear wheel brake on a 6211 it was sticking a little little but would loosen up when moving off. After sitting for a couple weeks the right rear wheel wont turn at all i have tried driving off but it just drags and wont turn thanks in advance for any advice cheers Dale.

first you need to find out if it is the parking brake or the travel brake that binds. the park brake is an exturnal band whiths you can slack tro a hole in your cabflore nekst to the seat. the travel brake you can get lose just rocking the trakctor back and fort, if it proves to be the travel brake you will at some point need to take it apart to lube up the hingbolts and maybe replace rusti slave sylinder. there are a lot of posts about brake repere on this forum.
