Rear lifts dropping and lifting on zetors

Greetings again .
Im a noisy bastard.

There are a lot of zetors in my area that when with load the rear lifts will drop and rise . Is any one familiar with this and knows what the problem is?

it may also be the external helping cylinder thats got a seals,seen that alot to, this is only relevant to the2 series from 1984-1993

So replacing these rings is a big task?

I also have two 5011 and the lift control is loos on them both and the lifts dont work all that good and almost in possible to control.
What could be the reason for this ?
