3320 brake problem

brake pedal goes to floor on my 3320 (recently purchased). where is the brake cylinder to add fluid? do i need to bleed the lines after adding fluid? any info would be apprecaited...thx

brake resivoir is on far side of engine compartment from where you open hood. It will be on right hand next to firewall.

Keep this filled it is also clutch reserve, for my model year anyway.
