I have a 3320 that the steering is not working,wheel turns easy and fluid appears to be returning to tank ? Any ideas on where to start ? Thanks Doug

If the steering wheel is turning but the wheels don't move you more lightly had worn out either the steering box or the telescopic splines under the dash.
What I would do is jack the front of the tractor off the ground completely so there is no pull on the wheels and check what it's like, then let it down and try again you'll know straight away what the difference is.
Because even if you had no power steering you would still be able to turn the wheels manually.
