4911 brakes

I have recently obtained a 4911, the brake fluid container was broken and empty , the right hand brake pedal goes straight to the floor when latch from other pedal is removed, return spring missing.
New brake fluid container fitted but cannot bleed brakes, fluid to right hand master cylinder, but no fluid out to bleed nipple, does this indicated a siezed master cylinder, or do I have a another problem elsewere, the left hand brake works but has a long travel.

having a similar problem and I have new master and slave cylinders.

I think there must be a technique involved
