5011 fuel injection pump oil change

Hello, (I am new to this)
I need to know if the drain tube on the fuel injection pump is also the level for the oil in it? I would also like to know if the pump and the governor have separate oil chambers? (does the dipstick measure the oil for both the pump and governor). I would like to change the oil in these. Your comments are appreciated.
