5211 clutch release lube

Left side near clutch is a plate with a sticker says clutch release bearing-lube every 100 hrs..removed the plate and there is a little red pop off plastic/rubber cover -- looks like just a hole--what kind of oil /grease goes in here and how much? Thanks
