Had loosened left park brake adjustment few days ago-removed hyd. lever cover and loosened right side park brake adjustment Still hangs when lever is pulled--have to reach underneath and manually pull the end of the cross over rod forward to release it. I just don't know what else to try--neither of the spring cannister gizmos seem to be doing anything..with brake pulled both of these cannister spring things are still floating at the end(no pressure). Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thanks
